About Our Principal Attorney:

     Attorney Monica R. Keitt is a native of the Philadelphia area and a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law who is licensed to practice law  in Pennsylvania.  She has a personalized practical approach to Estate Planning. She customizes each plan to meet the needs of each client's present and future goals. As part of the planning process, she aims to educate her clients so that they fully understand the legal impact and benefit of the estate plans that she works with them to design.

     As an attorney, she has many years of experience executing and evaluating legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, health care directives (i.e. Living Wills), and various types of contracts.  She also has experience in various areas of legal practice which includes both litigation and transactional areas of law such as personal injury, medical malpractice, cybersecurity compliance, settlement negotiations, and various types of legal hearings. She is a trained litigator, published author, an experienced arbitration panelist and a detail oriented transactional attorney.  

     She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association who is involved in the Probate and Trust Law Section.  She is a former member of the Temple Law Alumni Association's Executive Committee and has previously served as the Parliamentarian of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Bar Association's Women Lawyers' Division.
